Ressources

Projects based on this platform require the following ressources :

• Camera Interfaces to integrate camera vision for image processing.

Trainings

Projects based on this platform require the following trainings :

• Nucleo board basics to control the conveyor, the lighting system, the sorter system and to get data from presence sensors for exemple.

• Python GUI basics to create a graphical user interface.

• Python communication to transmit data to a microcontroller (that controls the hardware part of the platform : conveyor, lights, sorter, sensors…).

About the LEnsE

The Experimental Teaching Laboratory (LEnsE, for Laboratoire d’ENSeignement Expérimental) is a major structure of the Institut d’Optique engineering school. It offers remarkably strong training that contributes 25% of the total curriculum. It is an impressive structure where students have access to a large diversity of material and human resources to be able to gain the skills to become excellent experimenters recognized in their field.
